Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in call center management and knowledge of call center technologies and software.

In this role, you will work closely with other departments to address and resolve quality issues, monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls to ensure adherence to policies and quality standards, provide feedback and training to call center agents to improve performance, and analyze data and prepare reports on QA performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Quality Processes: Create and maintain quality processes and procedures to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
  2. Maintain Quality Standards: Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls to ensure adherence to policies and quality standards.
  3. Provide Feedback and Training: Provide constructive feedback and training to call center agents to improve performance.
  4. Analyze Data: Analyze data and prepare reports on QA performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to address and resolve quality issues.

Salary: Up to 60,000 PKR

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in call center management.

  • Strong Understanding of BPO Operations: Strong understanding of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations and quality assurance processes.
