Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to provide advanced level quality assurance to various web-based projects and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive experience in software development lifecycle, quality assurance, and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solid understanding of structured Quality Assurance Methodologies as well as Use Case Definition, Quality Attributes, and Business Process Flows.
- Development and project management experience is a plus.
- Extensive Web-based application quality assurance experience.
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to meet assigned timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability necessary to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for consultation with clients and vendors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to extend workday, and/or respond to emergency calls as needed.
- Ability to draft Quality Assurance test plans to validate business requirements.
- Experienced in proactive risk management and mitigation.
- Skilled in organizing and facilitating project and quality assurance review meetings.
- Skilled in leading teams and creating a productive teamwork environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance required.
