Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst - Testing Specialist

Description:
We are seeking a skilled Junior SQA Analyst with manual and automation testing experience to collaborate with our R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing our flagship product, ensuring high-quality releases, and participating in Scrum activities.

The Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing abilities and effective communication skills in English.


Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the development team to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  2. Participate actively in Scrum events and sprint planning.
  3. Document test plans and cases, working closely with business analysts and developers.
  4. Adapt flexibly to changes in project direction following Agile principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 1-2 years of manual and automation testing experience.
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming with C# .NET.
  • Experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar tools with C# .NET.
  • Understanding of QA processes and concepts.
  • Skilled in test documentation, case management, and testing suites management.
  • Knowledge of defect lifecycle, management, and reporting.
  • Ability to understand business processes and logic.
