Job Title: Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

  • Participate in sales calls to demonstrate HubSpot capabilities and map tailored solutions for clients
  • Create strategic HubSpot implementation plans based on client goals, personas, and buyer journeys
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client projects, ensuring clarity and alignment from pre-sale to execution

Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and develop effective project strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
Project Management & Execution
  • Assign tasks to team members and manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of project results
  • Support internal teams with clear documentation, updates, and strategic input
Client Communication & Reporting
  • Hold regular meetings with clients to review performance, field questions, and discuss strategic direction
  • Analyze project results and suggest actionable next steps for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of HubSpot and its application is required
  • Previous experience in client success, project management, or digital strategy roles
  • Ability to translate marketing and business objectives into structured project plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A Typical Day:


You'll start by reviewing current project statuses, client feedback, and task assignments. Then, you may participate in sales calls to support demos or help map solutions. Throughout the day, you'll check in with clients, monitor project timelines, document strategy updates, and analyze HubSpot data to drive performance reviews.
