Job Title: Project Schedule Coordinator

The Project Schedule Coordinator plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining project timelines for electrical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules that encompass all phases of electrical and engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints.
  • Ensure alignment of project schedules with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Utilize project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) to create and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Monitor and update project schedules regularly to reflect changes in scope, resources, and timelines.
  • Work closely with project teams to allocate resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Optimize resource utilization to meet project deadlines.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project timelines.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Collaborate with project teams to proactively address and resolve issues.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and action plans.
  • Provide clear and concise reports on project status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in electrical planning roles.
  • Experience with Primavera 6.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
