We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage federal government sales opportunities and bids across platforms such as SAM.gov, Unison Marketplace, and SEPTA.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the opportunity to grow in the federal contracting industry.

About This Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, and tenders on various portals. They must prepare and submit compliant and competitive bids/proposals while coordinating with internal teams to gather pricing, technical specifications, and supporting documents.

The professional will also maintain a bid calendar and track all submissions, deadlines, and award status. Additionally, they will build and maintain professional relationships with procurement officers, federal agencies, and contracting officials. Furthermore, they will stay updated on federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and ensure compliance with all requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include pipeline management, submission tracking, and success ratios reporting. The ideal candidate should possess 2+ years of experience in federal contracting, government sales, or bidding processes.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and compliance requirements. Proficiency in using SAM.gov, Unison Marketplace, SEPTA, or other federal contracting portals is essential. Excellent written communication, analytical, and organizational skills are necessary. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines are also required.
