Senior Program Manager - Financial Services

About the Opportunity:

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead high-profile projects in the financial services sector, focusing on Oracle OFSAA Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) solutions. As a Senior Program Manager, you will oversee the delivery of projects encompassing Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Enterprise Case Management (ECM), and Know Your Customer (KYC) modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising technical, regulatory, and business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining resources, timelines, and budgets, and adjusting as needed to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Implement proactive risk management strategies, mitigating impact and escalating critical problems as necessary.
  • Ensure strict adherence to financial industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cultivate a motivating and inclusive team environment that encourages peak performance and professional growth.
  • Prepare comprehensive project closure reports summarizing achievements, lessons learned, and recommendations for future projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on software implementation projects.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing Oracle OFSAA FCCM solutions, including AML, ECM, and KYC modules.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory environment related to financial crimes and compliance.
