We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in the Bankasurance division at the main branch in Lahore city.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Master of Science (MS) degree in Economics or Finance from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, with a proven track record of success in operations management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with insurance companies and bank customers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating bank customers interested in bankasurance services and working closely with a leading insurance company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborating with insurance partners to provide exceptional customer service.
