Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive game documentation.
  • Design, balance, and evaluate new and existing features for mobile free-to-play games.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to develop a fun and engaging gaming experience.
  • Work with team leads to track, document, and provide feedback on the creative vision for all features and systems in the game.
  • Analyze live game data, evaluate, and iterate to optimize game economies and core combat to create exceptional gameplay.
  • Enhance game monetization, engagement, and retention through data-driven analysis.
  • Develop captivating game systems, economies, and live events for millions of players to enjoy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with casual/hyper-casual and simulation games.
  • Passion for video games, including mobile games.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
