We are seeking a skilled Game Tester with over 2 years of experience testing mobile and web games. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for gaming, and experience in identifying and reporting game issues. Responsibilities include testing game mechanics, performance, and usability to ensure a smooth player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual and automated testing for mobile (iOS & Android) and web-based games.
  • Execute test cases, test plans, and exploratory testing to identify bugs and performance issues.
  • Document and track bugs using tools like ClickUp or others.
  • Verify UI/UX consistency, responsiveness, and game flow across devices.
  • Test multiplayer features, game mechanics, animations, AI, and monetization features.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform network testing for real-time gameplay features.
  • Validate updates, patches, and releases for smooth deployment.
  • Provide feedback on gameplay, difficulty, and user engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in game testing for mobile and web platforms.
  • Understanding of game development and QA methodologies.
  • Experience with bug-tracking tools like JIRA, ClickUp, Mantis, Bugzilla.
  • Familiarity with Unity and Cocos Creator engines.
  • Experience testing Android and iOS apps, including crashes and UI behavior.
  • Knowledge of multiplayer testing, network issues, and latency.
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments under deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automated testing tools for mobile games.
  • Knowledge of backend services like PlayFab or GameSparks.
