Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeping & Taxation professional to join our finance team. This role will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, managing tax-related responsibilities, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate books for multiple entities, including tracking financial transactions, journal entries, and reconciling accounts.
  • Handle weekly withholding filings, ensuring tax-related documents are submitted in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Coordinate and manage basic tax filings, ensuring deadlines are met and tax obligations are satisfied in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for annual audits and tax reviews, working closely with auditors and tax consultants.
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecasts to help guide the company's financial strategy.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including HR and operations, to ensure financial records and transactions are accurate and timely.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline financial reporting and tax compliance functions.
