Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Specialist to oversee all financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and provide support during audits and resolving any discrepancies.

  • Manage all financial transactions and maintain accurate and detailed financial records.
  • Handle general accounting duties, including posting dates, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash book & bank statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and handle tax-related matters.
  • Provide support during audits and resolve any accounting discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to management.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Management Specialist or Accountant in a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting/finance principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with relevant experience in the field.
