Job Description

This senior-level position oversees the overall direction, design, vision, and management of IT operations.

The selected candidate will head the entire IT team, including the IT Manager and other IT staff.

This role demands strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities to drive the team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and follow-through of complex information technology infrastructure focused on VOIP and networks.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve IT operations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects that support business growth and improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences.
  • Experience and certifications in Microsoft Server administration and support.
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing the development, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and follow-through of complex information technology infrastructure focused on VOIP and networks.
  • Certifications related to Server Administration, IT infrastructure, and VOIP (not limited to but including advanced CISCO certifications).
  • Working knowledge of contact center networks and contact center-related IT infrastructure.
  • Ability to work flexible timings, especially at night.
