**Job Description:**

We are seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to drive prospecting efforts and create qualified opportunities. This role will craft and execute strategies to elevate our brand in the spatial intelligence and infrastructure monitoring sectors. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a cohesive strategy that resonates with our B2B audience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Nurture relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and growth opportunities.

  • Identify client challenges and coordinate with the internal team to provide solutions.

  • Develop a solid understanding of our technology and market to create opportunities for Kodifly.

  • Seek out new business opportunities and make initial connections.

  • Pitch Kodifly's products to potential customers using relevant material.

  • Demonstrate Kodifly's products to potential customers.

  • Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified opportunities.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or tech-focused environments.

  • Strong end-to-end ownership of created opportunities.

  • Strong understanding of sales concepts/methodologies, strategy, and best practices.

  • Ability to meet and exceed expectations.

  • Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRMs.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in tech or startup environments.

  • Knowledge of infrastructure, spatial intelligence, or related fields.
