Job Title:

Creative Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled creative graphic designer to join our team. As a creative graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.

You will also design and update landing pages, microsites, and simple web layouts using Figma or Webflow. Additionally, you will support basic UX/UI design such as wireframes, site flows, and user experience mockups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visuals for social media platforms
  • Develop engaging graphics for YouTube channels and podcast series
  • Create branded content kits and media assets for influencers, podcasters, and speakers
  • Support event collateral, merch design, and promotional materials
  • Organize files and deliverables across design tools and cloud storage
  • Use AI-supported platforms to accelerate production and experimentation

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital or graphic design role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing social media content, branded assets, web design, and video-friendly graphics
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC (especially Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva Pro, and bonus skills in Webflow or Descript
  • Experience presenting work to clients or external stakeholders with clarity and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines, take initiative, and communicate well with cross-functional teams
