Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as an Educational Counselor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our counselors by streamlining communication and processes between them and students.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Student Support: Act as the first point of contact for students, providing them with initial information and guidance about our services and study abroad options.
    • Process Facilitation: Assist counselors by managing administrative tasks related to student applications, including document collection, application tracking, and scheduling appointments.

You will also be responsible for maintaining regular communication with students to ensure they are updated on their application status and any additional requirements.

You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate student records in our database to ensure all information is current and easily accessible.
