Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Gain industry knowledge and understanding of products through training and development programs
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to stay ahead of the competition
  • Follow up on provided leads and data to identify new opportunities
  • Deliver sales pitches and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
  • Schedule visits and meetings to build strong client relationships
  • Manage data and reporting systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Meet sales goals by leveraging your negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Graduation (4-year degree) from an accredited institution
  • Sales/Marketing experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory
