Job Title

Overview: We're seeking a skilled Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for reaching out to real estate prospects, establishing initial contact, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential real estate leads from provided lists.
  • Introduce services and offerings to prospects in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and leads.
  • Ask qualifying questions to understand the prospect's real estate needs.
  • Document lead details and input them into our CRM system.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding the quality of leads and call scripts.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to handle rejection in a professional manner.
  • Familiarity with real estate or a willingness to learn about the industry.
  • Ability to work during USA business hours.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry.
