Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization meets the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of our quality management system.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process changes.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with all applicable standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on audit results and quality metrics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in a related field (e.g. quality assurance, business administration).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
