About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at the Aga Khan University Hospital in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized care to patients, families, and communities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients on health behaviors and wellness strategies to promote self-care and independence.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • A valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council.
  • At least six months of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
