UI/UX Designer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. This exciting opportunity allows you to collaborate on innovative projects, bring fresh ideas to life, and make a real impact on user experience.

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, your primary responsibilities will include designing user-centric interfaces by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile platforms. You will also conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless handoff of design assets to developers and providing ongoing support during implementation. Additionally, you will occasionally manage visual content for social media and maintain design portfolios.

  • Design user-centric interfaces by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Ensure seamless handoff of design assets to developers and provide ongoing support during implementation.
  • Occasionally manage visual content for social media and maintain design portfolios.
  • Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain and contribute to internal design systems, documentation, and style guides.
Requirements:

Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong portfolio that showcases their design abilities is a must.

Candidates should also have knowledge of industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with design systems and documentation is highly desirable.
