Senior Innovation Strategist


Description:

The role of Senior Innovation Strategist is to drive the development and execution of a world-class pipeline of human-centric innovation. This includes identifying key tensions between consumer proposition, production viability, and financial sustainability to deliver a winning and sustainable proposition.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide unique leadership expertise across three lenses (Desirability, Feasibility, and Viability) at Hopper, pipeline, and project levels to ensure successful trade-offs are made early.
  • Identify and scale human-centric solutions by leveraging Pepsico's digitalized innovation Hopper and connectivity with market functional peers.
  • Drive bold choices and winning execution through defining innovation within business growth algorithms, embedding key innovation KPIs, and orchestrating calendar development.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-8 years' experience in business, preferably in consumer, commercial, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong business acumen, commercially savvy, and financially astute with knowledge of E2E innovation processes.
  • Results-oriented with high personal initiative and leadership skills to operate well in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
  • Exceptional leader with strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to influence at all levels, and comfortable managing conflict.
