About This Opportunity

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and driving sales and revenue targets.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and align our solutions accordingly, ensuring a partnership that delivers value and supports their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed.
Sales and Growth
  • Analyze customer usage and identify opportunities for deeper engagement and upselling.
  • Develop strategies to retain existing relationships and increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling activities.
Performance Metrics
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned client accounts.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
Negotiation and Contract Management
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, securing optimal terms for both parties.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Insights and Feedback
  • Gather client feedback to improve customer service and product development.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide feedback to leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven account management or relevant experience, preferably in technology or telecommunications.
Essential Skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ethics.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
