This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and analytical individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage digital marketing strategies and goals across multiple platforms.
• Grow and expand the company's online presence through social media, email marketing, content marketing and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong brand awareness and online reputation by creating engaging content and leveraging social media platforms effectively.
• Promote products, services and content across various online channels in a way that is consistent with the company's brand and marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media posts/messages.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop and manage content calendars, including text posts, videos, images and other types of content.
• Manage and measure the success of all digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing best practices and technologies.
• Use digital marketing tools to schedule and publish content, engage with customers and track campaign results.
• Work with copywriters, content writers and designers to create informative and appealing content.
• Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content through e-newsletters, social media posts and messages.
• Collect customer data and analyze interaction and visits to inform future marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members.
• Research and monitor competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition.
• Adhere to rules and regulations related to digital marketing.
• Compile and present progress reports to senior management, highlighting ROI and areas for improvement.
• Lead and guide team members when necessary, and contribute to team decisions.
• Excellent writing, language and technical skills are required, along with a good understanding of the blogging ecosystem and SEO principles, including keyword research and Google Analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience in digital marketing principles and practices.
• Proven creativity and documented immersion in social media, demonstrated through links to profiles or portfolio samples.
• Proficient in content marketing theory and application, including the ability to transition from creative to analytical tasks.
• Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
• Excellent writing and language skills, with the ability to communicate information and ideas effectively in written and video format.
• Strong relationship-building skills, both online and offline.
• Superior time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good technical understanding and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
• Working knowledge of WordPress CMS and/or other content management systems.
• Demonstrated social customer service techniques, such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
• Ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
