Sales Growth Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales growth through proactive cold calling, lead generation, and developing long-term relationships with potential clients. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to prospects, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  2. Client Qualification: Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and match them with appropriate products or services.
  3. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  4. Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to prospects, engage in meaningful conversations, and schedule meetings or demos.
  5. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  6. Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking.
  7. CRM & Documentation: Accurately log calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.
  8. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  9. Feedback & Collaboration: Share client insights with the sales team to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes.
  10. Customer Engagement: Address objections professionally, build rapport, and provide exceptional service to prospects and clients.
