Area Growth Specialist

As an Area Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales expansion and business growth in specific regions. Your primary objectives will be to establish and nurture strong relationships with existing operators and successfully onboard new ones. To achieve this, you will need to efficiently manage distributions, execute operator activities within designated areas, and continuously improve culinary expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth to meet ambitious targets and track progress across all channels.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with operators.
  3. Enhance culinary capabilities of the team through regular training sessions.
  4. Gain insight into market trends and competitor activities, sharing findings with relevant stakeholders.
  5. Possess a strong understanding of financial metrics, including business profitability and gross margin.
  6. Oversee and execute various initiatives, such as product launches, marketing campaigns, and activation events, with meticulous attention to detail.
  7. Redefine processes based on post-execution analysis, utilizing analytical skills.
  8. Identify new business opportunities, enhance the efficiency of existing business models, and implement benchmark models where feasible.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG B2B / Food Services industry is preferred
