Project Management Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced project management professional to oversee cross-functional teams and lead project delivery from concept to launch.

  • Drive Project Execution: Ensure high-quality execution within scope, time, and budget.
  • Define Project Scope: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, schedules, and timelines.
  • Lead Interdisciplinary Teams: Work with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Develop Comprehensive Plans: Create detailed project plans and manage Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure Clear Communication: Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders and team members.
  • Monitor Project Performance: Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of Experience: In project management, specifically in web and mobile application projects.
  • Strong Methodology Knowledge: Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven Track Record: Delivering complex tech projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical Understanding: Modern web and mobile technologies.
  • Tool Proficiency: JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred.
