Job Title: Business Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and costs to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.

Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and project team members.
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong technical background, with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are desirable.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management.
