We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and training for our library management system.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and want to make a difference in the lives of librarians and educators around the world. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or IT-related fields and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide phone and email support: You will be responsible for troubleshooting user queries and providing timely and effective solutions. This includes responding to emails, resolving technical issues over the phone, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.
- Product enhancement recommendations: Based on your experience and knowledge of our products, you will provide valuable insights to improve the overall user experience.
- Training and education: You will develop and deliver training programs to help customers get the most out of our products.
- Quality control/bug testing: You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve bugs and other issues.
- Documentation and knowledge base: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including release notes and user manuals.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT-related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in technical support or software development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
