Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) as well as Good Distribution Practices (GDP). A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting is required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure storage and inventory management procedures are followed accurately.
  • Monitor and control temperature levels within the warehouse on a daily basis to ensure they remain at optimal levels.
  • Achieve quality, delivery, and environmental objectives by performing all warehouse duties efficiently.
  • Generate reports and statistics as needed to track warehouse performance.
  • Maintain store activities aligned with receipt and storage of materials according to plan.
  • E nsure adherence to established safety and security protocols for stored materials within the warehouse.
  • Manage stock levels and conduct proper handling and storage of materials.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a pharmacy environment.
  • Implement and maintain QMS and GDP standards.
  • Conduct regular self-inspections and training sessions related to warehouse operations.
