Job Description
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our portfolio of medical billing services. The successful candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare industry, focusing on medical billing and revenue cycle management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Drive the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, pitch services, and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, with a focus on both client acquisition and retention.
- Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends, contributing to the company's growth strategy.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the medical billing, healthcare, or revenue cycle management industry.
- A strong understanding of medical billing processes, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards (HIPAA, ICD-10, etc.).
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to present complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- Experience in making outbound calls for lead generation and business development.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
