  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple priorities and deadlines, maintaining composure and productivity under pressure.
  5. Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate business needs, including occasional evening or weekend shifts.
  6. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to read, write, and interpret complex information.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion and professionalism.
