- 2+ years of experience in USA medical billing, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and coding systems, with the ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple priorities and deadlines, maintaining composure and productivity under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate business needs, including occasional evening or weekend shifts.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to read, write, and interpret complex information.
