Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist Medical Billing, located in Islamabad but with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist Medical Billing will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the timely processing of medical billing. The role involves understanding medical terminology, analyzing denials, working with ICD-10 codes, managing insurance claims (especially Medicare), and ensuring clients' revenue cycles operate smoothly. Key tasks include:

  1. Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities in the healthcare sector through cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals.
  2. Prospecting new potential clients via outbound calling.
  3. Managing and growing your business acumen to bring in additional business to meet activity, revenue, and margin targets.
  4. Preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that demonstrate the value of our services.
  5. Negotiating sales terms and closing deals professionally and independently.
  6. Anticipating and overcoming customer objections to close sales effectively.
  7. Tracking and reporting sales activities, pipeline, and revenue using sales reports.
Qualifications
  1. 2-3 years of experience in the Medical Billing industry in a similar (Sales/Business Development) role.
  2. Basic understanding of the medical billing process, RCM, and the US healthcare system.
  3. Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  4. Experience in B2B Sales.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work remotely and independently.
