Job Opportunity

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Specialist to oversee the complete lifecycle management of our IT hardware and fixed assets.

  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment and fixed assets.
  • Track asset movement including allocation, transfer, reassignment, and disposal.
  • Ensure proper tagging and labeling of all assets for efficient tracking and identification.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement team to receive, inspect, and record newly acquired assets.
  • Conduct regular physical audits and reconcile inventory records with actual assets.
  • Generate detailed reports on asset utilization, condition, and lifecycle status.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in fixed asset management, preferably in an IT or tech-centric environment.
  • Hands-on experience with asset management software and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
