Job Responsibilities:
  • Process client packages and upgrades upon receiving invoices from various channels.
  • Downgrade client accounts upon expiration or request from operations, customer service, or listing teams.
  • Evaluate and resolve client grievances escalated by account managers.
  • Provide live chat support to web users and assist after-sales inquiries from account managers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 6-12 months in email/chat support.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Location: Hybrid schedule based in Lahore.
  • Position Level: Entry-level position.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to communicate with internal/external staff for day-to-day queries.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer software like MS Word and Excel.
