Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an End-to-End Operations Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of BVS operations, from initial troubleshooting to warranty monitoring and recurring parts management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with BVS devices in a timely manner.
  • Monitor warranty claims and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Track and manage recurring parts inventory to ensure minimal stockouts and overstocking.
  • Update R&R portal status in real-time to reflect current device statuses.
  • Analyze and report on device performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate technical aspects of devices and provide recommendations for future development.
  • Handle SLA-expired devices by submitting them to warehouse for proper storage and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth R&R operations.
  • Conduct regular franchise visits to assess vendor performance and provide training as needed.
  • Assist in resolving BVS-related issues through calls and video conferencing.
  • Manage BVS packing and dispatching processes to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with HQ to resolve software issues affecting BVS operations.
  • Create R&R login accounts for newly hired or relocated BDOs.
  • Oversee movement of R&R devices between locations.

Eligibility Criteria:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or a related major.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in commercial planning and operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of BVS devices and initial troubleshooting techniques.
