Business Growth Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to drive business growth through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs, goals, and business environment.
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine sales strategies and qualify sales leads.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales (B2B).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment.
  • Self-starter who can positively contribute to a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com experience preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
