Senior DevOps Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to support our cloud-based infrastructure with expertise in DevOps practices, containerization, data pipeline development, and troubleshooting intricate data workflows.

  • Deliver high-quality DevOps support focused on GCP infrastructure.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance data pipelines using cloud-native tools.
  • Debug and optimize SQL queries, Python scripts, and R code for efficient data processing.
  • Manage and maintain databases (Redshift, PostgreSQL, MS SQL) to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration and resource management to maximize efficiency.
  • Employ Docker and Argo Workflows for containerization and workflow orchestration to streamline processes.
  • Ensure efficient data access and integration for Tableau users through optimized ETL processes.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize complex ETL processes, including Pentaho/Carte workflows, to meet business requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience in DevOps and data engineering roles, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure and data processing.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and debugging, as well as experience with SQL query optimization across multiple database engines.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads, as well as strong understanding of Docker and Argo Workflows.
  • Experience working with Tableau for data visualization and reporting, as well as familiarity with Pentaho/Carte for ETL process debugging.
  • Basic Java knowledge for troubleshooting integrations, with a focus on ensuring seamless data flow.
