Safety and Security Manager

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security management, with experience in ensuring the safety and security of personnel and premises. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of security personnel and coordinate with other departments to achieve common goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive security program, including monitoring and controlling access to company premises, managing CCTV systems, and conducting regular fire drills and training exercises. Additionally, they will be responsible for ensuring the safe custody of all keys and monitoring the entry and exit of persons coming in and out of the company premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Measures: The candidate will be responsible for carrying out all security measures at the factories, with special emphasis on receiving and dispatching goods, monitoring CCTV systems, and controlling access to company premises.
- Fire Safety: The candidate will be responsible for leading the Fire Team at Hilal, managing firefighting equipment, encouraging fire drills, and conducting regular fire training exercises.
- Discipline and Conduct: The candidate will be responsible for taking appropriate action against individuals who violate discipline in the factory premises, in coordination with the Human Resource Department and the Sr. Manager.
