Sales Ambassador

As a Sales Ambassador, you will be a key representative of our brand, providing exceptional service to every customer.

You will have the opportunity to build rapport with customers, from greeting them to assisting at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the shop floor.

Your responsibilities will include processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and merchandising the latest garments on the shop floor.

Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, engaging with people and delivering high-level support.
• Be adaptable and flexible, comfortable navigating change and adjusting to shifting priorities or schedules.
• Take initiative and drive results, being proactive and action-oriented.
• Become a brand advocate, passionate about our brand and collection, and sharing that enthusiasm with customers.
• Show flexibility in your schedule, willing to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Communicate effectively in English, serving English-speaking customers and liaising with internal stakeholders.

This is a part-time position, requiring 24 hours of work per week. The role will be based in Gadap Town, Pakistan.
