Lead Conversion Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive individual to drive successful lead conversion for our innovative transportation solution. As a WhatsApp Lead Conversion Specialist, you will nurture leads that appear on WhatsApp, effectively convincing them and presenting our superior solution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor incoming leads on WhatsApp and promptly respond to inquiries and messages from potential customers.
  2. Engage leads in meaningful conversations, understanding their pain points, preferences, and transportation needs.
  3. Present the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our solution, demonstrating how it can address their specific requirements.
  4. Craft persuasive messages and pitches to guide leads toward making informed decisions.
  5. Provide accurate and detailed product information, ensuring a clear understanding of the solution's capabilities.
  6. Address potential concerns and objections in a professional and reassuring manner.
  7. Nurture leads over time, building rapport and trust through consistent communication.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions based on individual lead profiles.
  9. Maintain clear and organized records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in lead conversion or sales, with a focus on remote communication platforms such as WhatsApp.
  2. Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts concisely and persuasively.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
  4. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a knack for identifying and capitalizing on conversion opportunities.
  5. Quick thinking and adaptable to different lead personas and scenarios.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM tools and virtual communication platforms.
  7. Familiarity with electric mobility or automotive products (preferred but not mandatory).
  8. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the sales team.
