We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Liaison Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing technical communications, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional support.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, high-paced role that requires critical thinking, effective communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle real-time chats and emails with clients regarding CRM, automation, and technical service inquiries.
  • Understand client goals and project scopes to pass accurate details to the team.
  • Track and manage context across conversations using internal systems.
  • Stay updated on the tools we use (GHL, Zapier, Trello, etc.) to answer queries confidently.
  • Escalate complex or technical cases to relevant team leads with clear internal notes.
  • Follow SOPs and maintain quality, speed, and tone in all communications.

Requirements

  • Excellent written English.
  • Confident communication style.
  • Comfortable navigating technical conversations — no need to build automations, but you should understand what we do.
  • Open to feedback, coachable, and committed to improving -> ability to grow.
  • Able to commit to a 12-month minimum contract.
