Job Description

The Airside Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of airside activities, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for passengers.

  • Manage airside operations, including departure and arrival handling, cargo transfer, and baggage services.
  • Lead a team of Duty Managers and airside staff to deliver operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with airlines and other stakeholders to address issues and resolve escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee aircraft interior cleaning and airside support matters.
  • Manage airline accounts and coordinate regular meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree or higher from a recognized institution or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing operations at an airline or ground handling company.
  • Ability to lead and motivate large teams to deliver operational excellence.
