IT Services Growth Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT services landscape, a proven track record in business development, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including emerging trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align business development goals with overall company strategy.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and sectors for business expansion.
- Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
- Set goals and objectives to measure the success of business development strategy.
- Monitor progress against goals and objectives, analyzing sales data, conducting further customer research, and adjusting the strategy to ensure it remains effective long term.
Business Growth:
- Drive the business growth process from lead generation, achieving and exceeding revenue targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product development and technical teams to ensure client needs are met with innovative IT solutions.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
Leadership and Mentoring:
- Mentor and guide junior business development staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in business development and client management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development within the IT services sector in international markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, staff augmentation, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and other business development tools.
