Job Title: Area Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our operations in Jhelum, Pakistan.

• Create and execute comprehensive business strategies to enhance shipment volumes, in-market sales, and secondary sales performance, along with various distribution-related KPIs (Coverage, Hit Rate, and Call Frequency).
• Efficiently implement the Distribution Strategy and ensure required distribution infrastructure is in place.
• Develop and mentor DSRs & Distributors through on-the-job training to ensure effective ICM implementation.
• Lead trade loyalty programs by setting and communicating monthly targets, ensuring target follow-ups, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Identify high-potential POS and whole sellers in the area and assist RSM in negotiating contracts.

• Manage 3rd-party merchandizing teams effectively.
• Report and rectify Permanent Point of Sale Material maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure distributors comply with PMPKL requirements and workload management best practices.
• Maintain corporate integrity and values, adhering to all activities following PMPKL policies and procedures, including local and federal laws, PMI Code of Conduct, and Marketing Code.
• Update meaningful market data and information, including retail dynamics and competitor intelligence, to improve Company understanding of trade and develop strategic plans.
