We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager HR.

About the Role:

This key position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations, implementing and interpreting company policies at the regional level.

As a member of our Regional Human Resources Department, you will handle all HR issues of direct employees, including posting, transfers, leave, discharges, promotions, exit interviews, and verifications.

You will also provide feedback and suggestions to the HR department (Head Office) to improve HR affairs, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements regarding EOBI & ESSI.

A strong communicator, you will resolve employee grievances and maintain discipline within the workplace, promoting health and safety policies and procedures for all employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all HR issues of direct employees
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to the HR department
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Resolve employee grievances
  • Promote health and safety policies
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in handling HR issues at a middle management position
  • Knowledge of Labour Laws, EOBI, and ESSI rules implemented in the country
  • Basic knowledge of financial matters
  • Satisfactory computer skills
  • Record handling and man management experience
