Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.

You will collaborate with designers to convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into fully functional WordPress sites, work on both front-end and back-end, including performance optimization, API integrations, and security improvements, and customize WooCommerce functionality and build eCommerce solutions.

Additionally, you will maintain Git-based workflows and version control across multiple projects, lead code reviews, mentor junior developers when needed, and ensure all code follows best practices and is responsive, cross-browser compatible, and SEO-friendly.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress (core, themes, plugins).
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery.
  • Experience with Gutenberg, ACF (Advanced Custom Fields), and custom post types.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and AJAX in WordPress.
  • Experience with WooCommerce customization and extension development.
  • Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Gulp, or similar.
  • Strong grasp of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and team spirit.
