Project Lead
Master1Tech seeks a skilled Project Lead to oversee IT project delivery for clients globally. This role manages end-to-end projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results in various domains, including ERP, cloud, AI, e-commerce, and help desk services.

We are looking for someone who can bridge cultural and operational gaps between teams, aligning project goals with client expectations. As a key figure, you will uphold Master1Tech's commitment to transparency, precision, and building bridges through business.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing full project lifecycles for ERP implementations, cloud migrations, AI applications, e-commerce platforms, and IT help desk solutions. They should also possess excellent communication skills, facilitating agile ceremonies and tracking progress using tools like Jira or Trello.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycles for various solutions.
- Coordinate with international clients and development teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects meet client satisfaction and quality standards.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and track progress using project management tools.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders with transparency.
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure alignment with high standards.
- Foster collaboration across cultures and industries.

Job Requirements:
Required Skills and Tools:
- Project Management: PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification (desired)
- Tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Confluence
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP, cloud platforms, AI/ML, e-commerce, and help desk systems
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English for international interactions
- Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, cultural sensitivity, stakeholder management

Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT outsourcing or software development.
- Proven track record of managing projects for global clients.
- Experience with ERP, cloud, or AI projects is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
