About This Role

Job Overview:

This role supports the billing process by coordinating and preparing invoices, credit memos, and refunds for multiple divisions. The successful candidate will ensure contract specifications are up-to-date, procedures are followed, and statistics are provided to analysts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prepare invoices, credit memos, and refunds for all activity related to multiple divisions.
  • Ensure that contract specifications are up-to-date and procedures are followed.
  • Track changes to invoices and provide statistics to analysts.
  • Preparing various reports and spreadsheets related to billing and receivables.
  • Maintain customer records including contact information, purchase history, account status, and other data.
  • Review and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Assisting with Ad Hoc requests such as information for audits.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or a related field.
  • 02 years of experience in Accounts Receivable & Billing (preferred).
  • A high level of professionalism while working with clients (external and internal).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Highly proficient at multitasking.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work within strict timelines.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Flexibility to work overtime at critical periods.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – Intermediate in Excel.
  • Microsoft Great Plains knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong overall computer skills.
