The Position

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key contributor, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding our client base, and enhancing our overall business strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  4. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  5. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team on effective campaigns.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  8. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years' experience in sales and business development within web design and development.
  3. Strong understanding of web processes and technologies.
  4. Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing sales.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  9. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
